Expect a steady sequence that links movement to breath, creating rhythm and continuity throughout class. You will move with intention, hold with control, and build strength over time.
This class challenges the body while sharpening attention. It is dynamic but not rushed. Intense but not performative.
Modifications and alignment cues are offered throughout so you can practice at your own depth.

Stretch & Reset

Stretch & Reset is a slower practice designed to release tension and restore balance.

You will move through supported stretches, longer holds, and simple mobility work to unwind the body and calm the nervous system. This class invites you to soften areas that feel tight and create space where you feel restricted.

It is accessible to all levels and especially supportive if you are feeling fatigued, stressed, or physically tight.

This is not about pushing deeper.
It is about allowing the body to reset.

At Half Pigeon Yoga, we offer prenatal yoga st pete designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy with steady, mindful movement. Classes focus on breath awareness, gentle strength-building, hip mobility, and nervous system regulation. The practice is designed to support your changing body while helping you stay connected to yourself and your baby.

This class is held by one of our founders, who is currently pregnant and practicing alongside you. She understands firsthand the physical shifts, emotional waves, and deep responsibility of this season. Her intention is to create a space where mothers, future mothers, those hoping to conceive, and partners feel supported and grounded.

This is not just preparation for birth. It is practice in presence.

All trimesters are welcome. No prior yoga experience required.


Sound bath Meditation

Sound Bath Meditation is a guided rest experience supported by resonance and vibration.

You will lie comfortably while live instruments create a layered field of sound. The tones are designed to support deep relaxation and help quiet mental chatter.

There is no effort required. No experience necessary.

Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.


Private Reiki Session
